London With Children: Thames Path Near Hammersmith Bridge

We love walking along the Thames Path by the Hammersmith Bridge, in both directions... Either left towards Fulham Palace, or right towards Chiswick and Barnes. It's always a great adventure that involves running, exploring, ice cream and sometimes lunch at one of the riverside pubs.
